Practicing meditation helps. Meditations train your brain to focus on one thought and get rid of toxic thinking from your body. Another way to train your mind to focus is by eliminating unnecessary distractions. This can be anything from the white noise that comes from the Television to a colleague that only loves to talk. The less distraction you have, the easier it will be for you to focus.
