The portfolio of English for Business Communication (EBC) courses are designed to have a positive impact on your ability to communicate professionally, both at present and in the future, and in any international environment. Our unique programme has six complementary elements that will enables you to operate confidently and successfully when using English at an international standard. In addition, focused skills training helps develop your English speaking, listening, writing and study skills in real-life contexts and situations.

Following an assessment of the English proficiency ability of the targeted students, we work with each client to tailor a programme to their specific requirements. Accordingly, based on this assessment, an instructor will then be assigned and a specific course selection crafted.

Focused on business communication in a corporate setting, including emails, memorandums, reports writing as well as verbal interactions and communication.

EBC – PROFESSIONAL CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICING COMMUNICATION

Focused on customer service, client servicing vocations, telephony dialoque training as well as speech and listening development.

EBC – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, RETAIL AND PRODUCT SERVICES

Targeted at customer-facing employees who work at the front line in the retail and entertainment industries, with a focus on verbal and email communication etiquette as well as cold call communications.

EBC – PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION FOR HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM

Focused on professional communication in hospitality and service based industries, with emphasis on industry terminology and language as well as customer/client/guest engagement.

EBC – BASIC INTRODUCTORY ENGLISH TRAINING
